Are you a passionate gardener looking to take the next step in your career? We are a small, dedicated gardening business on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for a hardworking Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team!

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone with around 2–3 years of experience in garden maintenance who is eager to grow their skills in the gardening business. This role is perfect for someone studying Landscape Design or Horticulture at TAFE (or equivalent) and wanting hands-on experience in a high-quality professional setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in garden maintenance (2–3 years)

• Passion for gardening and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and uphold high standards

• Respect for the work, tools, and clients

• Strong communication skills

• Full driver’s license (required)

• Interest in growing into a leadership role in the future
